Dear Grayson Lakes Residents,

Thank you to everyone who attended our Annual Meeting last night, and for those residents that turned in their proxies! With all the in-person and proxy participation, we easily made quorum.  We sincerely appreciate all who participated in the discussions and in the election of our three open board positions.  It was fantastic to see such a large crowd again - we will review the possibilities of moving back to Woodcreek Elementary next year for more space.

Congratulations to our re-elected board members, Jennifer Lasida and Josh Marigotta, and a warm welcome to our newest board member, Dave Thomas.

During the meeting, we reviewed the proposed 2026 budget, addressed resident questions, and the budget was approved during the October regular session that immediately followed.

It was wonderful to see several residents speak up, share ideas, and volunteer to help with community projects. The Board will be following up with our new volunteers soon, and we’ll continue to keep communication open and transparent as we move forward.
