Annual Meeting Thursday, October 29
Dear Grayson Lakes Residents,
This is a friendly reminder that our 2026 Annual HOA Meeting will be held this Thursday. We encourage all homeowners to attend and participate in important community decisions.
MEETING DETAILS
- Date: Thursday, October 29, 2026
- Time: 6:30 PM
- Location: Woodcreek Junior High School – Cafeteria (enter via the BACK of the school where buses pick up/drop off)
- Address: 1801 Woodcreek Bend Ln, Katy, TX 77494
IMPORTANT LOCATION CHANGE: This year's meeting will be held at Woodcreek Junior High School, NOT the Grayson Lakes Clubhouse, to accommodate a larger number of residents.Meeting Highlights:
- Board Elections: Two Board positions are up for reelection, each for a two-year term.
- Erin Kursevski – Treasurer
- Eric Mitchell – Secretary
- No additional candidates have formally submitted their names at this time. Nominations may also be made from the floor during the meeting. Erin and Eric are seeking reelection to the board.
- By-Law Amendments: Vote on proposed changes that would allow absentee and electronic voting in future elections.
- Community Updates: Financial reports, completed projects, ongoing initiatives and homeowner Q&A.
Unable to Attend?Your participation still matters! Please submit your proxy to Pam@Crest-Management.com by 4:00 PM Wednesday, October 28, to help us meet quorum requirements. Or you may provide your signed proxy to a trusted neighbor to bring to the meeting in person. Proxy forms and additional details were included in the official meeting notice mailed via USPS to homeowners.
