Dear Grayson Lakes Residents,
We hope you’re well. Please note that September’s monthly HOA meeting is canceled due to scheduling conflicts.
Our Annual Meeting will be held on Thursday, October 23, at 6:30 PM in the Grayson Lakes Clubhouse.
What to Expect
- Board Elections: Homeowners will vote to fill three (3) Board of Directors positions.
- Community Input: We’ll review our budget, committee updates and invite your feedback to help guide future decisions and priorities.
- Future Electronic Voting: Would you prefer to vote on community decisions or board members from the comfort of your home? At this year’s annual meeting, we’ll be voting on a proposed change to the by-laws that would allow for electronic voting. Please refer to the documents mailed to you for more details.
- Seating & Weather: Seating is limited inside the clubhouse —if possible, please bring a chair. We’re hoping for cool, pleasant weather!
US Mail: As required, expect mail in the next weeks from Crest with information on our candidates, details on future electronic voting and your proxy form (if you can’t make the meeting)
